Abstract: “The works presented here develop, using different materials (texts, photographs, with their own resources of composition and expression), excerpts, approaches, and methods, the theme of our dossier, which is also a challenge. We suggest that, because it attracts people, things, and ideas of various types and origins, which constantly pass through it, the city produces itself as a medium of diversity and discontinuities where strangers who cross paths (on the streets, in public facilities) or even sense each other when they see or experience the marks that others leave in these spaces, could cultivate what we call “urban links.”
