Project Covid Memory

Given the uniqueness of the historic moment in which we live due to the pandemic caused by the Coronavirus SARS-CoV2, Covid-19, the Institute of Contemporary History (Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa) launched the project Covid Memory.

The initiative aims to document the ongoing pandemic through contributions that reveal the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Portugal. These records of changes in daily life and in the urban space, as well as of unusual activities, will be integrated into the project’s website, which will serve to constitute a future memory.
