Abstract: “This article seeks to elucidate a circuit of favors exchange between the fans of the musical style black metal, that allowing events to be conducted in various locations in the State of São Paulo. This circle of giving, in turn, is tied to the native category called scene, both a concept which defines the collective dimension of the fans, as a discursive strategy for defining often contingently, the boundaries of belonging to black metal. Therefore, from ethnographic data, this paper examines the discussion about the borders of urban and categories applied in understanding of the flows and belongings.”
