Ephemera – José Pacheco Library and Archive
Portal for online publication of pieces from the archive and library of José Pacheco Pereira and family. The historical collection provides archives related to Portuguese politics, including documents from the student movement, clandestine publications opposing the dictatorship (1926-1974), manuscripts, iconography, fanzines, records, photographs of family collections dating from the 19th and 20th centuries, among others. Also focused on contemporary political and cultural manifestations, the portal also publishes current records of student protests, graffiti and pixos. The “Ruas e Paredes” series stands out, with photographic collections organized by date and place, contemplating art and advertising linked to political activism in several cities in Portugal and Spain. | More information
