Produced by Associação Wamãe | Antropologia Pública, the documentary series “Cenas do Gueto, Mocho Tá na Casa ” is a project funded by FCT, a partnership between CICS.NOVA, NOVA FCSH, CIES-Iscte and CRIA.

In this series of micro-documentaries, containing 27 episodes, the project “reveals the inhabitants, the artists and the history of Quinta do Mocho. They are ethnographic micro-documentaries directed by anthropologist and sociologist Otávio Raposo, edited by anthropologist Filipe Ferraz, and with graphic design and communication by anthropologist Gabriela Leal”. The idea is to bring visibility to this community and deconstruct discourses that lead people to understand that there is no culture in the ghetto. The documentary can be accessed on this playlist.
