Cynthia Luderer
PhD in Communication and Semiotics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, with a doctoral internship in Food Anthropology (Universitat Rovira i Virgili), Cynthia is a researcher at the Center for Communication and Society Studies (CECS) at the University of Minho. Her works permeate the theme of food consumption, conferring through this phenomenon the contemporary issues related to sustainability, memory and culture.
