MOVEMENT 14
The random movement of independent bodies varies exponentially with density (Dogma of Divergent Pedestrian Movement)
In those central areas there are always a huge number of tourists, who move slowly, stop suddenly for a selfie, linger in a random corner or in the middle of the road. They come from every alleyway and cross paths. With the crowd on the move, it’s not possible to go in a straight line. That’s okay too, people move as they sidestep or are sidestepped, and the route ends up winding, sometimes comically. Like a console game from the 80s, the aim is to dodge objects, in this case people, and not touch anyone, so as not to lose points.
