MOVEMENT 13

In every pedestrian movement, bodies attract each other and the direction of movement is democratic (Dogma of Convergent Pedestrian Movement)

The city center, the old, historic part. Tourists pile in and roam the streets like herds. They enter souvenir, postcard and magnet stores. They rest on the terraces of cafés and restaurants. They continue walking, between taking pictures of everything and searching the internet. But they keep going, they keep walking through the streets, that are flooded with people. There are other streets that have no one in them, and no one really knows why, but if there’s no one there, it’s because there’s nothing interesting going on, so there’s no point in going, it’s better to follow those people. The other street was completely identical, but there was no one.
