Alegrete: more than 100 poems to discover in the town’s streets

A recent article by Rádio Portalegre highlights the poetic initiative that has transformed the streets of the historic town of Alegrete, in the municipality of Portalegre, into a genuine literary trail: more than 100 poems are now scattered at various points within the public space, offering passers-by the chance to rediscover poetry in their daily lives. The selection includes different voices and styles, creating an immersive cultural experience that invites residents and visitors to take a poetic break while strolling through the town. The poems will remain on display until June 15.
