4th Food and Sustainability Seminar
On October 17th, at 4pm, via Zoom, the 4th Food and Sustainability Seminar will take place. This year, the scientific event counts with the participation of Carolina Sapienza-Bianchi, Filipa Almeida, Pedro Neves, Tiago Ferreira and Cynthia Luderer.
Food and Sustainability move different actions and actors in society, linking agents from the countryside to those in the cities. Discussing these links, which are strengthened by this theme, generates unique opportunities to (un)cover many fronts, including the history of young people who seek to create and develop different professional activities through entrepreneurship.
In this 4th Seminar on Food and Sustainability, focused on the commemoration of the World Food Day, four stories will be on the table, related to different Portuguese cities. Their protagonists will address the incentives and difficulties to start, move and maintain their businesses, from dream to reality.
