Elaine Trindade is a doctoral student in Communication Sciences at the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Minho. She is a researcher at the Urban Art and Culture platform, A Passeio, and at the Virtual Museum of Lusophony (MVL). Both are strategic projects of the Center for Communication and Society Studies (CECS). He holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Culture, in the line of research: Communication and Aesthetic Technologies, from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Develops research in the area of communication and culture, with special interest in issues of Portuguese speaking, in the use of new communication technologies and their integration into contemporary culture, photographs and images by mobile devices, Google Street View and Google Earth.
